ThyssenKrupp AT.PRO tec GmbH is a provider of technology to optimize smelting in shaft furnaces of the metallurgical industry. The SIP - application (sequence-impulse-procedure) is self developed and patented. It is used to supply technical gases, especially oxygen, into the melting zone through impuls sequences. Compared to conventional applications the advantage achieved by this technology allows an increase of resource efficiency and therefore a distinct cost reduction for the customers.

The team of ThyssenKrupp AT.PRO tec GmbH has decades of experience using technical gases in melting technologies as well as in other industrial applications. Our core competences are technical advisory service, engineering, delivery and the installation of our SIP technology in the existing customer’s system - a service package from one source.

The superiority of our technology will be further expanded by a research project in cooperation with partners from science and industry. The automated sequence-impulse-procedure is going to improve the essential process cycles of different kinds of furnaces in various industries.
